"Agent Caine Hoffman from this agency is by far the most helpful Rep I've ever dealt with. He quoted auto insurance for my 3 vehicles and did such a spectacular job answering my questions that I ended up buying a 4th renter's policy as well as a 5th recreational vehicle policy. I'm now in the process of switching over my bass boat making 6 policies I'm entrusting in him. Outstanding customer service!"

"So it’s November 25th, late this morning I called Tyler Petersons staff and I said that I was going to come at 4:30 PM or 4:40 PM to make a car payment. Staff said that they were going to be open. So that’s the first opportunity to let me know something. So I get there before 4:30 PM ring the doorbell and then I saw on the door. There’s a note saying that they’re gonna be closed November 25th at 4 PM in recognition of Thanksgiving for their staff. Well, the staff never told me that they were going to close at 4 PM I was told they were gonna be open and then the second opportunity is the staff person could’ve called me back to let me know that they’re gonna be closed at 4 PM. So what do I do, I drive a total of one hour not knowing they’re gonna be closed at 4 PM and wasted gas for nothing. Apparently, this place thinks you’re a number instead of a person. And that it’s OK to jerk customers around obviously by the this staff persons action and inaction. I call it Negligence and incompetence for Tyler Peterson ‘s staff. I expect Tyler Peterson to discipline this naughty staff member who doesn’t care about Tyler‘s customers or keeping them. When I come to make a payment soon, I expect a verbal apology and if I don’t, oh well. I tell you folks I was so mad. Especially when I worked all day long at two elderly people’s homes for eight hours doing an honest job working hard doing what I can do to make peoples lives easier. Hopefully this wasn’t the same person who some time ago swiped my new credit card at the time and said it went through when that was a total lie. It did not go through, I found out from my credit union that a different credit card that was never swiped went through rather than the new one. So I suggest Tyler Peterson monitor his staff better over there. He is a really great wonderful guy. Maybe he doesn’t know the kind of jerking around his staff is doing (in this case, I will call it intentionally this day because the staff member had two opportunities to let me know they were going to be closed at 4 PM and he intentionally and knowingly chose not to do the right thing.) Of course, normally I would give this place five stars but when there’s incompetent staff playing around with people’s lives. Then obviously you can’t do that. Ugh"

"This office is very unorganized. My home went uninsured for over a month because the agent dropped the ball. I have had repeated other issues in their service. Not one agent will take ownership. When I approached them about the issue, I never heard back. I had two homes, auto, and boat. Moving on this month."

"After talking to Caine at the office just a couple of weeks ago, im very disappointed. Im going through alot of things, some are financial but others have been dealing with other issues. Like my body going into sepsis 2 times over the last 2 years. The reason I called was to see if my deck was covered because my daughter stepped on a bad board near the edge by the railing. The next thing I know, they sent an inspector to my house and told me to get the repairs listed on the paper or they were going to drop me in Feb of 2026. And when I called them about the letter I asked why they want a tree cut down all of a sudden now when I got the policy it was there. And I told Caine im coming into a death benefit and I asked him if I can pay for a full year of car insurance instead of 6 months. And im working with habitat for humanity to get my repairs takin care of and he told me instead of paying for a full year of car insurance, he said im supposed to put that money towards the boards on my deck that are bad. Now im afraid to even call there to ask a simple question. It was fine when I was talking with only tyler, I never had an issue. But then im having issues now? Im not responsible for the wild fires ect. That they lost so much money from. I felt horrible when he talked to me like that. I ended up crying. I felt very much like just a number not actually a person. I feel very insignificant to them now."
